With your separate consent (i.e. on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of RODO), your personal data will be processed in order to send commercial information concerning, among others, training courses, postgraduate studies organised by the Warsaw School of Ecology and Management electronically to the e-mail address provided in the form.
The recipient of the data will be the Minister of Science and Higher Education (in the scope of data whose legal obligation to transfer to the Integrated Information System on Higher Education and Science POL-on, results from the Law on Higher Education and Science and the regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education on data processed in the Integrated Information System on Higher Education and Science POL-on of March 6, 2019, as well as other authorized bodies based on the specifically indicated provision of the Act.
Personal data, obtained on the basis of a premise resulting from a legal provision (Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO), will be stored for a period of 50 years (based on § 15(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education on studies) - in the form of copies of submitted documents. Other data will be deleted immediately after the purpose of their processing expires.
Your personal data processed in order to send you commercial information from WSEiZ will be stored until you revoke your consent to sending such information.
The data subject has the right to require the controller to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of personal data concerning him or her, as well as the right to object to processing and to data portability, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter III of the RODO.
